Contract-To-Hire (C2H)
Contract to Hire

Contract-To-Hire (C2H) is a specific means to a specific end. C2H positions are generally highly skilled/professional positions. Contract-to-Hire agreements outline a set length of time a contractor will work for the employer. During the contract period, the contractor is on the Synergy Recruiting, LLC payroll. At the end of that set period, the employer decides if the contractor will be hired as a permanent employee or dismissed to pursue other opportunities.

Direct Hire
Direct Hire

Direct Hire is when a client has a long-term need. Direct Hire positions are permanent, usually full-time positions with benefits. A recruiting or staffing agency is involved during the recruitment and hiring process, but after an offer is accepted, the candidate goes directly on the client’s payroll.

When the client has a highly skilled or professional position to fill, Direct Hire is ideal. Direct Hire positions are permanent, full-time positions with benefits. Direct Hire employees are eligible for company benefits such as health, retirement and PTO, and have the security of a long-term, permanent position.

The recruiter fee is typically a flat fee based on total compensation. There is no trial period; instead, the candidate is placed permanently with the company.

Synergy Recruiting, LLC frees hiring managers of timely work required to post ads, screen candidates and arrange interviews for both C2H and Direct Hire placements. Hiring managers often don’t have the multi-industry connections we bring to find talent outside of their industries.
