Our client, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components including pumps, jacks, and cylinders, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, inspect parts, and support production goals in a clean, team-oriented facility.
Responsabilidades:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. (Haas, Mori Seiki, YCM)
- Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
- Identify problems with machine tools, feeds, speeds and set-ups in order to reduce possible scrap parts and prevent machine damage
- Read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Log job times in JobBoss system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S/Lean)
Requisitos:
- 3+ years CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with measurement tools and basic programming
- Comfortable working with steel, stainless, and aluminum
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and communicate in English
EPA/ISO9001 knowledge, SPC, and Excel skills are a plus. Great opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented machinist looking to grow with a stable company.
