Lead Assembler

Resumen del trabajo:
 We are seeking a dependable and motivated Level II Lead Assembler to support and lead daily production activities within an assembly work cell. This role is responsible for guiding team members, assisting with training, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsabilidades:

• Lead and train a production team in an assembly cell, including electronic and mechanical assembly, PCB assembly/testing, and box build

• Assign tasks and support team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards

• Work on special projects as assigned by Production Leadership

• Enforce company quality and safety policies

• Fill in for team members as needed to maintain workflow

• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or delays to management
