- One evening shift per week: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- At least one Saturday per month (multiple shift options available)
Pay: Hourly Pay Plus Uncapped Commissions (Employees typically earn $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year)

Job Summary
Our client is seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This is a phone-based sales role focused on contacting warm leads from homeowners who have already requested information. The position involves building rapport with potential customers and scheduling in-home consultations for services. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment ideal for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using an automated dialing system
- Answer inbound calls from interested homeowners
- Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs
- Schedule free in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments
- Meet or exceed daily performance and lead generation goals
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment
Qualifications
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and working on the phone throughout the day
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and money motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
